Hart J. Levin

Hart Levin is a former Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney and worked with the DA’s office since he was in law school. After many years as a prosecutor, Hart started his own criminal defense firm focusing on misdemeanors and felonies in all Southern California courts. He has been recognized as a SuperLawyer Rising Star for 6 years in a row and his firm was named the #1 Criminal Defense Firm in the nation by the Law Firm 500.

He has been featured on the hit Netflix show “Chelsea” starring Chelsea Handler and was recently on the cover of SuperLawyers magazine. He is a certified mediation specialist and has been an on set TV script advisor for NBC and FOX. Hart graduated with Honors from UC Berkeley and lives by the beach with his family and golden retriever, Charlie.
